Bugfixes and QOL updates:

• Fixed bug  where you could take damage after completing a level
• Remove text characters that didn't render properly
• Add one-shot protection
• Quit buttons goes to main menu 
• Add [Tab] as a pause button
• Allow button selection with keyboard
